Enjoying this season of baseball and all the fun and busyness that come along with it. Kyle and I are having a blast cheering and couldn't be more proud.  Drew's team had a tournament in Chetek Wi and took 2nd place. They worked really hard and had some great hits this weekend!  Drew has made such great friends on his baseball team. They love hanging out whenever they get the chance! Often times at the ball field playing or cheering for other teams. And of course sleepovers when they can sneak them in.  Micah has started playing now too and we have enjoyed watching him play in his first few games. This game was in Glenwood City. The team huddle after the game, so cute  Always smiling and having fun with his buddies  It is so fun watching Micah play in many positions in the field so far this year--pitching, 3rd base, 1st base This boy warms my heart. Micah has such a great attitiude, works hard and encourages his buddies in the field. 3rd grade b

Como Zoo Super fun day going to the Como Zoo with Caleb and his 1st grade class on the last week of school! We had lots of fun looking at so many really cool animals. Check out our day and see what we did!  So exciting seeing the tiger walking around. Caleb was telling me how glad he was that the tiger was in a cage!  The boys got right up to the glass to check out this polar bear. It is so much fun watching these bears because they do some interesting things! There were 2 bears to admire that day and one was rolling around by the window and the other was close to getting in the water as he kept walking right by the pool and peering in the water like he was ready to jump in!  All set for the Sparky show!  She did a great job!  Fun morning with these two!  We found out some pretty cool facts when we went into this building to check out a momma and baby girl giraffe. Did you know that giraffes are born 6 feet tall? Or that a giraffe only sleeps for 1 hour out of a 24

Such a beautiful day on the lake Memorial Day. We were so thankful to be able to enjoy a full afternoon on lake Menomin. It is so special to be able to just play and hang out together with friends.   I love this pic. Just watching my boys have fun with daddy makes my heart so happy. The water felt a bit warmer then the last time I got in the lake! I think we are getting closer to getting our floaties out!  Captured this fun moment of the boys hanging out eating licorice.  Although Jake is becomming more of a swimmer these days, we still find him chillin out!  LOVE these Smiles!!!!! It was a wonderful afternoon with our family friends, the Lewis family. We love spending time with them!!! Morning Ski Run We woke up Saturday morning and the air was completely still and temps warm and humid. We all knew in our house what this called for....a morning out on the lake! All the boys started getting ready to head out as I cleaned up our Saturday morning breakfast.  Kyle has assigned each boy with tasks that need to get done in order to go out on the lake so this really helps!!   The water looked like glass that morning.  In a matter of minutes Drew had his skiis on and was in the water ready for his 1st run.  Drew is really fun to watch as he has gained confidence, control and power on the water. He had a few great runs.  Caleb hopped on the wakeboard and had fun doing his thing too!  Jake was a great morning helper! I caught him practicing his ski moves in the boat.  Caleb chillin' in between turns.  Micah looked great wakeboarding and had fun on such calm water. We are really enjoying time on the lake with our new boat this spring! These boys love the water, even when it's freezing. Jacob is becomming more brave this year. His latest trick is flipping over the side of the boat and swimming around to the platform on the back. "Mommy will you put me in the lake?" :) So great seeing him do some swimming! Some fun tube rides to start us off! So fun to hear the giggles all the way in the boat. Kyle and I just love that sound. When Caleb isn't wake boarding he really enjoys knee boarding. He smiles the entire time and makes it look so fun! Big guys enjoy showing off and like to make sure they "still have it" after the winter months. Here's to a great season on the lake!!!
