One of my 19 goals for 2019 this year is spending quality time with Kyle, being fully present and enjoying time together. Our trip to Bluefin Bay was perfect. Celebrating 17 years together The snowstorm that came on Sunday , the day we left, brought lots of fresh fluffy snow that made snowshoeing fantastic all week. Temperance River snowshoeing day 1 Onion River snowshoeing day 2 Cascade Restaurant, our favorite supper spot. White sky rock snowshoeing day 3 Lake Superior view Kadunce River snowshoeing day 3 Scrabble at the winery in Grand Marais. We played a game of Scrabble everyday on our trip. We love our time together. It was absolutely wonderful to be just Us for a week. Bluefin Bay, one of our favorite places on earth.

We spent the whole day having a great time together! Some Friday's call for taking a break from school and doing something different. The Science Museum was a great way to switch things up!!

Shot Club Recognition+Home tournament for Drew

Shot Recognition- We are so proud of Drew and Micah for taking the time last summer to shoot over 18,000 shots EACH! They worked hard together and apart to make it happen. I just love their drive and determination. It was really fun to be at the home varsity game to hear their names called out, see them on the court, and sitting with the team. They had a great time. The boys look eager and ready to play! Way to go boys!! Home Tournament- Drew’s team played in their home tournament the other weekend feeling completely defeated by the end of the day. It was a tough day but I still captured some great shots and moments the team played well together- The guys, especially Drew, are getting bigger! It's fun to cheer for these guys as they continue to play together each year. They are getting stronger together! Nana came to cheer for Drew and it was really special to have her with us for the day. We sure miss her as they are in Florida throughout the winter. I love when she mak

Drew's Chippewa Falls tournament +Jake at Stout's basketball game!

Chippewa Falls Tournament went very well. We took on two wins giving the boys their confidence back! It was really fun to watch these 7th grade boys get excited and begin to play better together as a team.  The games had huge gaps between them so the team took off to this fun spot in-between to play some volleyball and eat pizza together. Great memory making! pizza and feet in the sand Jake's halftime performance at Stout! Jake has really enjoyed little dribblers and they had the opportunity to show off some of their skills during the halftime game at Stout! Jake really loved being with his friends.  Yay!! High fiving the players coming in! Jake is right next to the mascot! 🖐🏻  Best friends. Jake loves being with these boys! A full day of basketball, time with friends, and making memories!!

Last weekend I got to cheer on Drew man and the team. These 7th grade guys had to work tough as they played some great teams. I was proud of Drew and thought he played well! Micah’s team did awesome and played great taking 2nd place!! Great season for these 6th grade guys! Duke. Getting bigger weighing in at 36.8lbs and being such a great boy getting his shots and nails clipped. We sure think he’s so cute and fun!!  He’s daddy’s little buddy and loves this snuggle spot when we are downstairs hanging out. You are just so cute Duke!! 19weeks old. February is here and it has been busy with the boys and puppies but we are enjoying the time together in this very chilly and snowy time of year!! Lots of school cancellations (7+) which is by far the most EVER!! Thankful for healthy boys, a warm home, and wonderful quality time together. ❤️
