COVID-19 week 9

Image
COVID-19 week 9 Week 9 was a special week seeing family and getting to do some traveling! We got the windows washed up this week and cleaned all the screens. Nice to have clean windows! Jake was a great helper.   My parents came to hang out with us last week and helped us with some projects around the house. It turned out to be a beautiful day and we really enjoyed time with them.  Friday Kyle and Caleb flew out to MT to see family and Micah went to spend the weekend with my parents. I had a nice weekend at home with Drew and Jake.  We really enjoyed our Culver's picnic lunch! It was nice to switch things up a bit.  Amy and I enjoyed a nice walk together up to kwik trip and doing our bible study together. I so look forward to this time together each week.  Kyle sent me some pics at Red Lodge and it was snowy! Caleb loved every minute with Kyle, I'm so glad our bubba got this time away. My two Montana travelers! More pics of time in Montana, so pretty

COVID-19 week 8

COVID-19 week 8 The weather was not the warmest this week but we made the best of it! Here is what we were  up too week 8! It's been fun following the Top Virtual Times this month for the EC Marathon. So far I'm still holding 1st female for the Marathon, happy about that! Still so glad I did this and put my training into a race day. Such great practice as I think the marathon is such an art- gotta see what works best for you! Amy and I took a nice walk and tried taking this selfie! Haha! It took a few tries, but we got it!! Such a highlight to my week to see her.   Drew got the chance to go to Wyatt's cabin last weekend and we were so exited for him. Andrea, his mom, sent me some pics of them together and I just loved this one. Looks chilly but still worth it.  Caleb ventured over to Reece's house on his bike to see if he wanted to go grab Subway and have a picnic lunch together, so sweet! Love these moments with friends.❤️  Ta da!! Here is the RV

Tuesday's

Tuesday's We have started to send mail to people we love on Tuesday's. It has been a fun thing to do each week during COVID-19 and I hope this is something we continue to carry through after life returns to normal again.  I am grateful for letters that we send out each Tuesday. May they be a blessing to others and bring them a smile. 😊

COVID-19 week 7- Golfing+Get it Dunn+Mother's Day

COVID-19 week 7 I stuck in a lot of fun events this week so be ready for a fully packed blog! The week started with our normal simple days at home, mowing, practicing our golf swing, and going for bike rides stopping to take a pic of the rare and crazy school announcement! Drew and Jake using the big mower together. I love how Jake is sitting behind waiting and watching Drew. I am enjoying sweet moments like these each and everyday.  Drew has really gotten into golf since no baseball is in action.... Kyle says he is already pretty good at it! I am loving having my Drew man home. Jake and I were on a bike ride and I told Jake I had to stop and get a pic of this school announcement. Isn't this so bizarre?! Never do you see a school sign that says this! Even by week 7of COVID-19 things like this still shock me.  The boys could not wait to go golfing with Kyle last Wednesday, they waited all day to go. They were so happy to have a guys night out!   My 5 happy guys!

EC Virtual Marathon Recap!

EC Virtual Marathon Recap! What a FUN DAY!!! It was better then I could have ever imagined.😃 I was beyond blessed last Saturday running my virtual marathon. Kyle is such a rockstar for loading up 5 bikes, bike helmets, like 10 water bottles and snacks for the boys! Thankful to my great running friends Rick, Mandy and Leah for showing up in EC at 7:30AM dedicated to the morning ahead. The sun was shining and the weather ideal conditions... I was absolutely blown away by God's overflowing love for me. 🥰 Miles 1-13.1  Mandy joined us for the 1st half of the race and the miles went along easy and smooth, fun to run over bridges, under a tunnel, and on the out and back trail! I really like the new course! Glad they changed it up. Miles 13.1-26.2 Leah hopped in and took over the 2nd half of the course! It really helped to have my running partners help me out. Leah was so great talking and making us laugh going up some tough hills from miles 13-15. So great! I remember singi

COVID-19 week 6

Gotta catch up! I'm sitting here this morning with my coffee in hand and the house quiet. Perfect time to sit down and update our blog on life around here lately. Lets start with lots of family snuggle time. Kyle and I love finding our boys relaxing together, laughing and chatting. We have so enjoyed our home family time together, for the most part, minus some fighting.   We did rebel for a day last weekend and took a few friends on the boat with us! So much fun and worth every single smile that day. I'd say the water was way too chilly to swim in, but these fishes said no way! And jumped right in! I love this pic of the boys trying to decide who's going in first! Jake looks less likely as he sits back a bit. 😆 Jake's best friend Easton was our captain! He loved it and kept asking, "Where would you like me to take you?!"😊 Lots of fun in our backyard these days, coming up with new ideas! My brave surfing boys, when its warmer they will throw
