What a CRUSHER of a day!!! Race started fast… The first half is always more challenging then the second half in the EChalf! My heart rate started out high, so I leveled it out and then let it climb back up again.It was super fun to have my parents and boys on the course with me! Averaging a 6:18 pace, finishing in 1:22 time. A SOLID PR!!! I am extremely Happy with race day!! I’ll be back next year!!! This is my favorite race to do after the winter months!💛 It meant so much for me to have my dad at the race! The boys too❤️ And my favorite gal in the whole world, my mom! Drew and Maddie came! My coach😎He’s incredible and I’m always learning from him. Everyday. Zach started coaching me after the CIM marathon to help me with speed work. Grateful for the help.
