1. Stillwater 10 mile Log Run! A new fall favorite for me. I really enjoy this hilly course and the amazing downhill finish! I hope to do this one every year I can, it is just so great and the weather has been perfect the last 2 years I have done it! This year I brought my friend Rich who has helped me rethink my pacing during long distance training and races. I have completely changed the way that I have been training  in the last 3 months to run according to my heart rate. I will be honest and say that it hasn't been easy to hold my body back when my mind wants to race! I am excited to see how the Twin Cities Marathon goes next weekend! It will be so less stressful to start out at a 147 HR then to "bust out of the gates" at the start line like I did at Grandmas Marathon. Trusting in this new plan and way of thinking! It has made me fall in love with running again. Thankful for his help!   Finish line at the Stillwater 10mile! **Drew had a fun day on Saturday goin

1. Bike ride with Jake  the weather was gorgeous and the brothers went to baseball tryouts, so we took advantage of some time together and took off on our bikes! Date with Jake on Sunday afternoon.    2. In His Presence this has been on my heart this week that I want to be in His presence in all areas of my life. I find so much peace being right where God has me. At home, subbing, with my boys, spending time with Kyle, reading my bible and running in the early mornings.  3. Drew's 1st football game on Thursday night was an absolute blast! It was so much fun watching the boys tackle for the 1st time. They are rookies at it and learning still but won 16-0!! Drew started and then was in and out a bunch. He said it was the coolest feeling to really tackle someone in his Mustang gear. I love every season with these boys! Kyle and I were so proud of him.  Drew stays after every single practice/game and helps put all the gear away. I’m grateful his character is growing into

1. Kyle's Installation  was so special and of course makes our top5 of the week! Our family is honored to be taking on this new role at Cedarbrook church. I feel an extra tug on my heart to be praying and lifting Kyle up to the Lord each morning when I wake up. I know that this role will require more rest and recharge time after a long day or full week/s and I want our home and our family to be that for him. The boys are so proud of Kyle and are glad to be able to continue calling Menomonie their home. Blessed morning!   2. Celebrating  The lead team did a fantastic job decorating and celebrating Kyle on Sunday morning! It was a really great morning. Our family will always remember this special day for our church.   3.  Football has begun!  One of my favorite times of year is bringing my lawn chair on Tuesday and Thursday evenings to cheer for the boys playing football. This year we will be cheering for Micah! 6-7:30 every Tuesday and Thursday night! I love how you can see

The first week of school is officially complete. We all had moments of feeling overwhelmed by the school schedule, even me! However, before we knew it we were chillin’ on our patio talking over the week about how great our teachers are this year, reconnecting with friends, recess, the new gym teacher, football practice, etc.  1. Art  Jake even created his first art project this week! 1st one for second grade.😊 2. School  I thought this was the cutest of Jake’s class reading. It’s going to be a great year! 3. Family time  Kyle and Drew watching the Twins game relaxing. We are really enjoying our new patio! 4. Bike + Ice Cream Night! Last night we took a family bike ride around lake Menomin stopping to play pickle ball and getting ice cream with our "free scoops" at Culver’s! It was a gorgeous night and we so enjoyed this time outside. 5. Small Group  This fall my Thursday small group chose this book to study together! I’m looking forward to it! Fall

Day 5 RV trip!

Sunday Here are some fun RV pics we took throughout our trip! I hope to always remember how our little 5 day home looked. We were all so nice and cozy and each had our favorite places to hang out! This was our last night campsite, we had a fun last night here! This was the pool the boys swam in last night in the dark! I wanted to get a pic of what the pool looked like in the day! Great memories! Beverly Shores- Lake Michigan Indiana Dunns All this sand was so cool to us! We'd never seen anything like this before! We were barefoot in all this sand. The boys enjoyed running down the sand dunns and back up again! Kyle got some really fun videos of the boys running. The boys and Kyle went all the way up to the top and were waving down at me! My mom is my best friend and I enjoyed every minute with her on this trip. We share so many of the same qualities, but my favorite is how much we love our family and time spent together. I could spend every single
