Menomonie Wisconsin!!!

I have finally figured out how to put pictures on our computer and can update you all on how we are doing in Menomonie! The boys and I are truly enjoying the town and the many opportunities we have to meet other people in the community. So far we have really enjoyed storytime at the library, swimming, the sports center in Eau Claire (only 25 minutes away), bowling, Mcdonald's for lunch with new friends, and biking outside on the long driveway!
The boys have been very content in the cabin that we are staying at temporarily and we have lots of fun with the many toys we brought with us!
A new favorite is jumping on mom and dads bed to Toby Mac!
Caleb loves going to the Sports Center when they play parachute games! He loves the action!
Andrew loves playing soccer with new buddies he meets at the Sports Center.
Micah is adjusting to Menomonie well but once in awhile asks about his preschool friends in I Falls. He really enjoys playing with Andrew and going outside for walks and bike rides.
Kyle is adjusting to his new job as well and we are all finding ourselves blessed to be following God's call on our family. We would love continued prayers in the sale of our home in I falls as we still have not sold our home. We have the blessing of staying in this cabin until May and then will need to come up with plan B. My prayer is that we will be able to move right into our new home by the end of April. Please join us in prayer as we continue to seek Gods plan in this process. Love you all!

Grandmas Marathon- getting faster!!

3:00:38 Grandmas Marathon PR!! I’m still smiling…things are coming along nicely in my marathon expertise! Haha, Im just being silly but I really am learning more as I go-what works best for me, what doesn’t.  June 17th was a blast!! Cramps hit strong in my left calf around mile 18 and then my pace got more limited as I went, I was so scared I would pull something that I tried to find the balance of push and hold up! Super proud of this race and the battle I fought. The marathon is a beast and continues to challenge me! Games ON still for the CIM Marathon on December 3rd. 😁First up though, trails and less miles for me for awhile. My friend Leah is a true gem, someone I really enjoy sharing running miles and life with. Kyle, Micah and I enjoyed time with Leah’s family in Duluth. Getting better and getting ready to go home!

Hey There! We thank all of you so much for all of your prayer support through this entire process. Go sure had His hand in this from the beginning. Anna and Micah are both doing just great. Yesterday was a hard day for Anna, She was very tired and had a hard time as the Doctors began to take her off of some of the pain meds she was not feeling good. She began to get a high temp,but that was all taken care of by early in the night and she slept great. She will be again trying to get of the IV pain meds and move to pills, if this goes well today we will be on our way home to see Drew tomorrow. Anna and I are both really loving the calm personality that God gave to little Micah as we know the high energy that Drew has waiting for us at home. We can't wait to see his little smile again and hear all of his animal noises and cars sounds. It will be so great to see the way that God grows these two boys only 17 months apart. It will be crazy and great all at the same time. Pray

Friday came quick!😅

 These full days have gone by super fast this week. Teaching full days to students who need my full attention, getting over a cold this week, spending time with all the boys each night, and keeping up with Kyle’s busy church schedule has had us all feeling like it has been a quick week! Micah and Caleb had a tennis meeting this week to get ready for their spring season, Kyle and I are really excited to cheer them on soon! Maybe sooner with how warm our weather has been this winter. It’s been fun to hear that Micah has been at the courts a lot already with his buddies, praying he has a solid season ahead for his Junior year.  Micah will be 17yrs old next Tuesday! It’s so crazy to think I have an 18yr old, almost 17yr old, 15yr old, and 12yr old….I wish I could keep them little.❤️ Each season of life looks so different.
