Trails+Running lately 🌻
Red Cedar trail run I’d never been this far down before! Fun to get a long run in on this trail. Snacks packed on this long run!! the heat has been an issue this month, so so hot!!! Strength training continues to help me a ton feel my best! Hoffman hills views+fuel setup lots of running lately, and I’m loving it!! God you are getting ready to do big things through me! I’m ready to get after it!!!!💜
