What a BIG Boy!!!

Caleb James is already 7 months old!!! What a wonderful addition to the Gunderson clan he is! The first trait in becoming a Gunderson is to LOVE nap times. Kyle has loved nap time ever since I've known him and still does today:) All the boys in our house love to sleep and sleep well. Caleb is sleeping through the night and loves his 1 hour morning nap and 2-3 hour afternoon nap! We are so thankful. Caleb loves to sleep on his tummy like the picture shows and we are hoping he foregoes the famous "bald spot" that Andrew and Micah both got at about this age!
The second trait in becomming a Gunderson is to love being active and staying busy! Caleb loves our afternoon family activities and has enjoyed going to the skating rank with the boys! He especially loves when Kyle and I swirl him around the ice on this sled!!

Although Caleb is not quite stable enough to stand up on his own for long, he loves playing with this toy and will sit and play with many of his favorites. Caleb is becomming more independant now and will play alone for 15-20 minutes! I love this because I can clean up the kitchen, get Andrew and Micah dressed or go to the bathroom without anyone joining me!! Yahoo!!
It is amazing to see that Caleb can already sit up on his own! Where does the time go? It makes me a little sad as many of you know that I love babies and he is growing so fast! However, it is so much fun watching him play with Andrew and Micah and becoming the little guy God created him to be. The third and final trait in becoming a Gunderson is to love life and enjoy every opportunity God gives us in sharing Christ with others. We aren't worried about this one as Caleb is such a joy to all of us and others! We love you Caleb!!!
