There's No Place Like Home.....And Mommy!
As parents we find that there are moments our kids really want to spend time with their daddy and moments that mommy seems best....
This blog is focused on mommy because it seems as though my sweet boys really need that nurturing and comforting love that only a mommy can give. So, it is fun to share a few sweet mommy moments!!!
Micah loves to share about his day, tell me how he served Jesus at school and what him and Andrew did at recess.
Andrew's love language is also TIME and he loves when we are together as a family. Andrew and daddy brought home flowers one Tuesday night after piano just because he had missed mommy so much at school that day! Andrew, your love for your family is a blessing to all of us. Thank you for your kindness and know that we love how BIG your heart is!!
Caleb waits for his brothers to come home from the moment they leave us each morning at 8:30. So, I have had to get creative with how we make each moment special together just the two of us! He is so content doing crafts, playing playdoh, reading stories, working on the ABC's....anything that he can show me how to do it!! His love language is WORDS OF AFFIRMATION!! Caleb, I find I am getting sad to think of you starting school in less then a year. I will cherish each day with you buddy until its time!
Oh Jakey, mommy is the best these days! We love playing with his trucks and driving them all over the house (the bathroom seems to be a favorite destination to park our trucks), marbles, stories that make music, dancing, going down the car ramp in the basement and playing catch! The booboo face is apparent each time I get ready to leave him in the Puggles room on Wednesday nights or Sunday morning for church... I love returning to his big bright smile and how his whole body gets excited to see I've come back!!!
How special are these mommy days...where home life and no worries in the world occur!!
