Fargo Family Weekend!

One terrific weekend spending time with family in Fargo, ND. On our drive up we stopped in to see uncle Jesse and aunt Sarah in Fergus Falls! The boys loved seeing their townhouse for the very first time! It was so nice that they made us lunch too!
Andrew and Jake hanging outside at uncle Jesse's house!
It was so special to see our big boy Elijah!!! He is truly the sweetest little guy ever!! Always smiling and now so busy and alert! So glad we get to spend a whole week with him in June!! Love you E man!
When we got to Fargo we unloaded and gave lots of hugs to our nana and gg, auntie Sara, uncle Phil and Callie, Joey and Sam!! It was so great to see everyone again and catch up.

The 1/2 and 1 mile kids run started that night as the boys got on their shirts and bibs and were waiting to race!!

What speedy runners we have!! Everyone did great and got medals at the finish!!
Micah took 3rd place this year for kids!! Way to go speedy guy! :)
I was really impressed with Caleb this year as he only walked once and told me during the race to pick it up and run faster mom!!! Pretty good for my almost 4 year old!!
Another picture of the kids finished and proud!
Just hanging out and talking about the race...
Sammy was so nice to let his cousin Jake snuggle in close in his stroller! They snacked on pretzels and hung out as everyone was looking around at running gear and deals in the Fargo dome.
Swimming Time! So great to watch all the cousins swimming and enjoying time together! Thanks again auntie Sara for sharing that yummy licorice!
A few water tricks to share...
favorite water slide...
being together...
That night Kyle and Nana took on the 5k and dominated!! Nana even took 2 whole minutes off her time! Kyle did great too despite a leg injury this spring!
One of the best parts to our weekend was our cheerleaders! They were the best!! Saturday morning Phil ran the full marathon and I ran the half marathon. The races went fine but the cheering was AMAZING!! A race full of high fives and encouragement the whole way!! Incredible!!
Micah and mom hanging out visiting about our races and talking about the next race we will do...
Phil after his full marathon. Tired but thrilled to complete another race of endurance and perseverance!!

Thankful for a great weekend with family. So nice to eat, play, visit, run, cheer and swim together! A wonderful weekend of FAMILY, FAITH and FUN!!!
