Christmas Day 2016~
7am is the time it ALL begins!!! The stirring began around 6:30a and then like clockwork Drew and Micah shouted "GoGoGo!!!" as they ran up the stairs to Caleb and Jacob's room to say, "Merry Christmas guys! It's Time!!"
And here it begins...Basketball shoes, Menomonie gear, snow boards, sleds, etc....
A little tired after BUT lovin' the gifts! I think between Kyle and I and Santa we nailed it!
A pic before breakfast started. Carmel rolls, eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, and yogurt! It was nice to lounge and relax for the morning before packing up to leave for grandma and grandpas house. I enjoy listening to the boys talk about their gifts and hear their laughter just being together.
At grandmas the house always smells so good and is packed with gifts and family. It's the best to be able to go their Christmas day. Fun to check in and see what everyone has gotten for Christmas so far and what special memories they made with their family. With all the cousins so little the house screams with excitement just to open gifts! Fun to see what everyone gets! My parents really love getting everyone things on "their list." I enjoy seeing what my nieces get as I don't get to see many dolls and Barbie's around our house.
Ben, such a great daddy and loves Christmas. He is such a good brother and husband/dad to his family. So proud of him! He's teaching 4th grade this year in Coon Rapids, and doing such an awesome job! I pray often for him as his class has been a handful this year. Such a cute pic of him with his little sweetie, my goddaughter, Lila Kate.
Grandpa Curt felt good and was lots of fun to visit with and watch take in the craziness of the day. It was really sweet watching him open his gifts.
Grandpa loved his new blanket Micah made for him! Great smiles!!
Our family box is always packed to the max with awesome stuff like treats, lip gloss, kitchen supplies, etc. Super fun to pop open and explore!
Grabbed this one while these 3 were chillin' on the stairs!
Drew and Gramps hanging out. One great day!
