Gunderson Adventures.... where all 6 of Us live life to the fullest!

It's been 16 years already since I married my very best friend.... thankful we could get away for a few nights!  The north shore is truly one of our favorite places to go to find beauty and rest.  It was a wonderful week away together!  It was cold, crisp and very very quiet, just perfect for us to enjoy some needed time away. The sun was gorgeous all week making the water and shoreline absolutely breathtaking! This is our favorite hot tub in the whole world because you can sit and look out at the lake! So fun to enjoy being outside during the winter and be nice and warm in the hot tub! Hiking the temperance river is a must each year. Lord, you are so good to us. We love you with all our hearts and want to serve you only. Thank you for blessing our marriage and our family with your goodness and grace. You Oh Lord, are a shield around us!!  Protect us from all evil and lead us to always follow in your ways.  Celebrating 16 years and so many more to come!!

The anticipation and excitement for Christmas to come was at an all time high at our house the final week before Christmas. Wondering if Santa would come or maybe we were too naughty this year? Thinking about what it was like to be Mary and Joseph and have to travel so far... why did God choose a manger for Jesus to be born in when he is our King? So many great questions and lots to great conversations left Kyle and I smiling in awe of this great season of life with our boys.  7am on Christmas morning it all began! The boys love gifts and thought everything they got this Christmas was "Super Awesome!!" So many great gifts left one big mess afterwards!
