Summer running  is so much for me because I get to run other places and explore new trails and roads and this summer was beautiful! So many flowers! Running lots at Willow River with Tammi! Racing a 5k in White Bear Lake! 19:07🌟 Trail runs in Menomonie w Niki! Sunrises that remind me of Gods faithfulness❤️ Life feels good in the summer. Good sleep, good runs, so many smiles! Exploring the SHT for the first time this summer, super cool! View from the top of Spirit Mountain! Everyday runs that bring me to new views or places around town, bring me Joy. Trails and Road running this summer was so fulfilling as I love to explore and look for ways to adventure each and everyday!🌱Summer ‘23 was beautiful!🌻  

Wazee lake  a new favorite beach spot for us! It was a hot sunny Wednesday and we took off after Calebs football practice. So glad we checked it out bc the water was really clean and felt super refreshing.we had a great day! Lots of swimming and playing on the beach together❤️A perfect summer day!

  Drew  is a senior in high school, and I just can’t believe it!! Last night we started off the football season with a fun win against Rice Lake 21-12🏈 The weather was perfect, and the energy so good! Fun night cheering 📣 and starting off the season with a W!!! Seniors 2024❤️ Car decors before the game #1! My Senior #65❤️ Great play! Loved watching Drew cheering and jumping for a great touch down! Their work is paying off! Game #1, WIN! Love you #65! So Proud! Be the Light, Drew🌟 Senior Postors😍 Drew’s senior season is off to a great start!  Next week we are in Deforest 🏈📣 Game day #1 Complete!

  Nana Day! I love that Kyle’s mom enjoys spending time with all 4 of our boys and makes it a priority to get in a “nana day” with them. She texted them and they decided to go to Urban Air Adventure Park in Plymouth, Mn!! They had a great day with her! Thankful for family and those who have loved on us and continue to love on our family in our church family…our boys feel so loved!  Thankful for Nana’s thoughtful heart in spending time with our boys! They are growing up so fast! No surprise they went to Chili’s for lunch😋Gunderson favorite!
