Gunderson Adventures.... where all 6 of Us live life to the fullest!

During some depressing COVID times, my older brother Ben and his family, and our crew decided to get a few rooms at the Dells and go have a little mental break.... Gotta say we enjoyed every minute! It was Bens 43rd birthday too so we rocked that out pretty well with slides, pizza, the Hurricane, and cupcakes!🥳 I am so grateful for family and time we got to share with them playing and pretending life was easy again. We all wish we could live their forever, or until COVID was over. For good!😄Super cool memories for us! We went to Waterfront after getting back from our mini vaca to share our highlights and eat cheese curds, that was pretty fantastic too.😁 Christmas lights are up and ready to go! Thanks to our Christmas light decorators Micah and Jake! They had fun going to Walmart and buying new lights for the house. Kyle likes to give them a dollar amount to purchase new lights for the season, this year we have a new tree that lights up and lights around our trees! It’s really fantas...

 The guys nailed it with a perfect day to go golfing! It was really fun to show up and drive the golf cart around a bit and take some pics of their 18hole day together. I foresee me driving the golf cart around for Kyle in our retirement season.😉 Check out this fun day for the guys last weekend- We are soaking up family time these days, glad my crew has found a fun sport to play together! And when the weather is excellent, it sure makes it even more enjoyable.... especially for those golf cart drivers.☺️

 What a treat to enjoy some summer heat in November!! Oh it was a perfect weekend with my favorite group of guys, we enjoyed every minute of this fabulous weather, and time together. Amy and I hiked out at Hoffman park and it was so fun for me to walk the trails a bit. Nice to chat and connect too! Jake and I had a movie and candy night while the other boys were out doing other things. It was so much fun snuggling, visiting about the movie, and eating treats together. Love these moments, and I love my Jman.  Jake and I walked with Easton and his family to support him in his typeA diabetes Fundraiser. Jake had a great time supporting his best friend. Thankful for our Eman and his family.❤️ Last Saturday I went to check out WoodWind Park, and it was so awesome to dream big with my friend Meagan Frank and their family.  The final days of October are here, and we enjoyed them to the fullest! Thankful for special moments together here at home, freshmen football wraps up, a fun visit from grandma and grandpa, and more! Each year we have fun carving pumpkins, this year our younger guys were home so we decided to soak in some quiet, manageable time with them. They had fun!🎃 We enjoyed visiting with them after their day at school and hearing all about what went on in their day! They always make us smile. I love how Jakes got a sucker in his mouth while carving!😆 These boys are growing up so fast. One of my highlights during my week is walking with Amy, we had lots to chat about last week!   40 ! Super fun to have a great weekend GetAway with Amy celebrating our 40th birthdays 🎂We were so excited to spend time together, just the two of us, relaxing and resting together. It was such a great time and we hope that we can maybe try this every year in our 40s!  The weather surprised us with a snow storm on our way to the Walkers cabin, is it October or December?! Either way it was so pretty and we were beyond blessed. Such a wonderful place! Great location and perfect scenery, so nice and quiet and peaceful. I was so happy to get out on walks with Amy and enjoy the beautiful snow. So many great chats on our walks together, and lots of smiles. Fun playing cards and Sequence!  Great food too, we brought way too many snacks but nice to have lots to pick from! Amy brought some great treats from Aldi I hadn’t tried before like spinach and artichoke dip and guacamole chips! 😋  Morning walk and lake view!  We celebrated Drew’s 15th birthday on the 9th and he requested a taco bar for supper and dirt cake for dessert.  He is so much fun to celebrate and love! Great night. Kyle and I took Drew out to lunch for his birthday and he picked Cancun! The beef chimichanga is his favorite and we had fun visiting and catching up with our busy man.  Jake had his friend birthday party and had an absolute blast having all his buddies over from school and his best friend Easton. They played football, basketball, night games, and ate lots of boy foods- 🍕🧁  It was noisy but super fun and easy! These boys LOVE spending time together!!! Happy 9 Jake!!😃 Presents and Excitement!
