My Sweet Boys





We are now able to say that we are getting things more under control with two little boys around our house. Kyle and I are truly enjoying our boys even though it has taken some getting used to. Micah is getting more consistent in his schedule and is taking naps more alligned with Andrew's schedule and nap time. It has been rally nice because I can actually get some cleaning done and check in with friends or take a nap myself from 12:00-2:00 PM each day! As with anything new, it takes time to adjust.


It is hard to believe Micah is already 7 weeks old! He is well over 10 lbs now and getting bigger every day. He no longer fits into New Born clothes, but comfortably fits into 3 months clothing! This is so different from Andrew, as he was much smaller at birth-3months. Micah continues to love snuggle time and relaxing in his swing. Micah has finally come to love bath time in the sink! Yeah! He also loves listening to mommy sing to him and daddys loving arms to embrace him tightly. We adore this little guy and look forward to learning more about his character and the person God has created him to be!


Andrew is 18 months old already and full of energy! He enjoys being outside all day long-going to the park, splashing in the puddles on rainy days, playing catch, blowing bubbles and popping them and eating popsicles. I can't wait to spend the summer months with him! Since I love to be outside, we couldn't be a better match. Andrew and I have such a blast playing outside together! We hope Micah will love the outdoors as well !


I wanted to update you with a few Spring Pictures of our boys! They are so cute! Hope this finds you filled with excitement for warm weather and a new season to share Christ with others around you.

We absolutely love the pics! Micah is getting so big already! It is so fun to watch them both grow on this blog site. They are both so blessed to have such wonderful, loving parents. We can't wait to come visit this summer! Continue to enjoy every minute of it. As you know they grow up too quickly.

Grandmas Marathon- getting faster!!

3:00:38 Grandmas Marathon PR!! I’m still smiling…things are coming along nicely in my marathon expertise! Haha, Im just being silly but I really am learning more as I go-what works best for me, what doesn’t.  June 17th was a blast!! Cramps hit strong in my left calf around mile 18 and then my pace got more limited as I went, I was so scared I would pull something that I tried to find the balance of push and hold up! Super proud of this race and the battle I fought. The marathon is a beast and continues to challenge me! Games ON still for the CIM Marathon on December 3rd. 😁First up though, trails and less miles for me for awhile. My friend Leah is a true gem, someone I really enjoy sharing running miles and life with. Kyle, Micah and I enjoyed time with Leah’s family in Duluth. Getting better and getting ready to go home!

Hey There! We thank all of you so much for all of your prayer support through this entire process. Go sure had His hand in this from the beginning. Anna and Micah are both doing just great. Yesterday was a hard day for Anna, She was very tired and had a hard time as the Doctors began to take her off of some of the pain meds she was not feeling good. She began to get a high temp,but that was all taken care of by early in the night and she slept great. She will be again trying to get of the IV pain meds and move to pills, if this goes well today we will be on our way home to see Drew tomorrow. Anna and I are both really loving the calm personality that God gave to little Micah as we know the high energy that Drew has waiting for us at home. We can't wait to see his little smile again and hear all of his animal noises and cars sounds. It will be so great to see the way that God grows these two boys only 17 months apart. It will be crazy and great all at the same time. Pray

Friday came quick!😅

 These full days have gone by super fast this week. Teaching full days to students who need my full attention, getting over a cold this week, spending time with all the boys each night, and keeping up with Kyle’s busy church schedule has had us all feeling like it has been a quick week! Micah and Caleb had a tennis meeting this week to get ready for their spring season, Kyle and I are really excited to cheer them on soon! Maybe sooner with how warm our weather has been this winter. It’s been fun to hear that Micah has been at the courts a lot already with his buddies, praying he has a solid season ahead for his Junior year.  Micah will be 17yrs old next Tuesday! It’s so crazy to think I have an 18yr old, almost 17yr old, 15yr old, and 12yr old….I wish I could keep them little.❤️ Each season of life looks so different.
