Gunderson Adventures.... where all 6 of Us live life to the fullest!

This Spring we had fun going to Andrew's play and first piano recital! He is growing up so fast!  Andrew was the storyteller in his class play, "The Enormous Turnip!" He did fantastic! Andrew is confident just like his daddy in front of an audience.                                                                      Way to go Drew!! The whole crew Andrew has enjoyed playing piano this year and looked forward to seeing his teacher each tuesday night. Micah is excited to join too in the fall! You are growing so much Drew and we are so proud of you!

One terrific weekend spending time with family in Fargo, ND. On our drive up we stopped in to see uncle Jesse and aunt Sarah in Fergus Falls! The boys loved seeing their townhouse for the very first time! It was so nice that they made us lunch too! Andrew and Jake hanging outside at uncle Jesse's house! It was so special to see our big boy Elijah!!! He is truly the sweetest little guy ever!! Always smiling and now so busy and alert! So glad we get to spend a whole week with him in June!! Love you E man! When we got to Fargo we unloaded and gave lots of hugs to our nana and gg, auntie Sara, uncle Phil and Callie, Joey and Sam!! It was so great to see everyone again and catch up. The 1/2 and 1 mile kids run started that night as the boys got on their shirts and bibs and were waiting to race!! What speedy runners we have!! Everyone did great and got medals at the finish!! One of our family's highlights during the week is going to Awana on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. The boys really enjoy preparing and memorizing scripture to recite to their Awana leader and get excited to gain points for their team by wearing their vests. We had our Awana ceremony program and these are our proud boys holding all their awards and certificates! Kyle and I are so proud of them and smile at how excited they are about learning Gods word!! First up is Bubba! Way to go Cubbie boy! Caleb will go to Cubbies for one more year! Second is Micah man! Nice work dude! Look at that book award and awesome certificate! Micah's 1st year in Sparky's! Andrew completed 2 books this year and wow oh wow look at those ribbons! You rock Drew! Super special day celebrating my mom at Como Zoo!!! Caleb, Jacob and I met Grandma, Auntie Kara, Kaylee and Logan for a fun day together celebrating GRANDMA!!! We took lots of pictures of grandma today and we thought this was a fun shot next to Sparky!! The weather was perfect!! One of our favorite memories of our special day was watching the polar bear!! He was really busy swimming and walking around. I love this picture of Jacob and Logan....they are busy watching every move the polar bear makes!!! Grandma and grandkids loving on the giraffe!  What a blessing it was to head back to International Falls, MN and see so many faces of people that we love so much!! It was so fun to hear how everyone was doing and seeing all the kids that have grown up so much!! Two years makes everyone look older!!! Kyle and I took a beautiful drive along our favorite Rainy Lake and I love this picture taken right in Ranier! Nothing can replace this beautiful place or these beautiful people. This picture represents both to me!  We have been praying for this amazing couple for a few years now, that God would help them grow in love for Him and each other.
