Kalahari!

Life is good when you get to pull out of the driveway with your best friend and 4 amazing boys to escape for a few days and have some fun! We had an incredible time away as a family this week in the dells at Kalahari. We all agree it is our new favorite place to go!
Drew and Micah enjoyed time away together messin' around and had fun racing each other on the slides! We always say that no matter what, brothers stick together!
We showed up each morning at 8:45 to get personal lessons on surfing and the boys really started to get a handle on it. It was fun to watch and we took loads of videos the boys had fun watching later.

Even Kyle really got into it and enjoyed showing off some fun tricks! I love watching him relax and play with the boys. One of my favorite reasons in getting him away!
Jman had fun too in his own style and loved feeling apart of the boys! Notice his MooseJaw tattoo that him and Micah stuck on the 1st night in the dells!

You guys all looked like naturals on the boards. Surfing was a success.
I tend to only pack the foods I know the boys enjoy.... which clearly shows we didn't hit the fruits and oatmeal very strong. Donuts and juice for these champions!
and pizza!
Our fam highly recommends going to the dells during the week when you get the place to mostly yourselves! One day Micah and Caleb hit the same water slide 10 times in maybe 15 minutes and were going for a record number! Fun memories for us.
Kyle wanted his pic with the boys in this Instagram photo booth. Look at my silly boys!
This ride made me want to throw up just looking at it in motion. It flipped around about 1,000 times! No joke, Caleb said if it would have spun around anymore times he really would have thrown up! That was definitely a "1 and done" kind of ride. Blahhhh!
Mini golf competitons! Daddy proved to be pretty awesome at this.

The theme park was packed with activities to do. Thankfully we did have a few stop and chill moments.  My crew.
The high ropes course was so cool for the boys. Between this and laser tag we were lovin' it. They all started out pretty scared on the ropes course but with more and more practice I think they could have started swinging from all the ropes and doing backflips on the beams.
Our trip was such a thrill and packed with so much fun.
Watch out if you ever play laser tag with us because we are fierce!!!
Kalahari, we will be back for more!!
