  Sophmore Photo dump photos! Micah is loving his tennis season so far. I have gotten some great photos that I thought I’d post here to remember the 2023 Season! Micah is playing really well and has great energy on the court.   Special Day!  For Caleb and Jake. Each of the boys had an opportunity to play basketball with their buddies and both of them need the day as CHAMPS!🥇😃 5th Grade Champions! 8th Grade Champions! What a fun way to spend an April Saturday! Thankful our boys have such wonderful friends.

  Fridays  are my FAVORITE! I love to spend Friday's off with Kyle. It was really nice to be able to bike to the co-op together and have coffee. Nice to connect on life, our kids schedules, and with each other. Spring  is trying hard to stay alive! The Boston Marathon Monday last Monday and I geeked out on following my favorite elite runners and friends who went out there! I would love to run the Boston marathon again someday! Such a cool experience. My friend Ginny lives right by the start line of the marathon and told me I’m welcome back anytime! She went to the start line and sent this photo to me🥰 I love the people God brings into your life along the way.

The boys thought I was a bit overdressed for our 1st Spring bike ride😆 We have so much biking around Menomonie together making up new routes as we go! They had fun riding around in the slushy snowy stuff, I just watched. Hoping we can bike a lot together this summer too, I love spending time with them.  

  Easter 23  was nice to enjoy time as a family, the warmer temps, and our many church services that kept us busy! This year my parents gave us this beautiful family basket and we made it a very simple Easter. I think I will do this again next year as the boys don’t need so much candy! Easter egg hunt  with Nana and GG is still one of our Easter highlights! The boys each have their own colored eggs to find (10)  total. Drew’s of course were hidden in very tricky spots! As always, we have to play the “you’re hot or cold” to find eggs that are real tricky. So fun to watch them run around the house looking! LOTS of basketball in the backyard for our Easter fun and bike rides and walks around the neighborhood. It was a simple Easter for us! Those are my favorite kind💛 These bunny&cross cookies are a hit for us! The boys like helping me make these each year. It’s a reminder to me as well that they like these! My guys in Colorado!! So excited for our Drew to explore options post high school. This is such an exciting time in his life and Kyle and I get the front seat! Please be praying for him as he discerns Gods direction on his life. Also please be praying for Kyle and I, our families and those who are in Drews life,  that speak truth into him and are life guides.  No can argue the beauty that Colorado brings! Kyle loved this time with Drew, and said it was really special to spend time with him.  Back at home we had National Honor Society night at the high school! Proud of both Drew and Micah for being apart of this and for working hard at school.- Micah’s buzz cut? yeah, he lost a bet w his buddies and had to shave his head. I’m not a fan of these boy bets! Spring  is here! Although the mornings are chilly on my runs, the sunrise each day are promising warmer weather IS coming! I can’t wait!  

Farmers Market on Wednesdays! I was running in the park and came across the farmers market! I was so excited I had to stop and look around a bit. So many yummy fresh fruits and veggies. Pickle ball afternoon after having Culver’s for lunch, we had fun playing pickle ball with Caleb and Jake. They are pretty good! Caleb for sure can crush me. Guys golf time  thankful these 4 got out and golfed a few times while we were in Ft Myers. I love this photo of them! Sunsets by the pool are so pretty. I like this photo of the boys in the hot tub. Some of our favorite memories are pool times at night. The pool is warm and the boys have so much fun together. Mini golfing on our last night Micah was on my team. He is so happy in Florida! And funny 😆  Back to the airport we go! What a wonderful week in Florida for Spring Break ‘23!☀️So grateful we get to go here each year. One of our family favorite spots!
