Thanksgiving 2014 Having family to our house each Thanksgiving has been a new tradition we started when Kyle and I lived in International Falls. We really enjoy having family come and begin to make fun memories with our boys at home on Thanksgiving.  Watching the Thanksgiving Parade...Eating tacos and turkey...Crafts...Games...Football... Playing outside...  Are ALL traditions that have made this day so special to all of us!! Got a picture of my mom painting! Love spending time with her! Playing lots of Monopoly! And Uno! Such a Great day being with family.  Tree Day! We were so glad grandpa and grandma were able to stay with us through the weekend. We had lots of fun going to Pleasant Valley Tree Farm with them! Some months seem to fly by faster then others. Wanted to highlight a few memories for us in November... Jake is wearing uncle Ben's flannel plaid shirt to lunch out with daddy! Just love this shirt and fun to pass it along to our boys! Kyle and I took our boys with us to serve at Feed My Starving Children in the cities with our church family on our big bus! The boys were so pumped to ride the bus and be apart of a fun day together. Highlight being daddy was the bus driver! Each boy did an awesome job serving and being apart of packaging food. We totally Rocked out the hairnets!!! Each of the boys have such different personalities, so it was fun to watch the boys pick the area that they wanted to help out in each station. They did great! And everyone made them feel super appreciated and helpful! Jake and mommy took a little break at the end and put stickers on bags. Another favorite November memory was baking with Jake! Thankful whenever our family can sneak away and play together! It is so great when we can get daddy away with us and be silly as a family. We love to play, laugh, make jokes, snuggle, read, play games and swim....just the 6 of us! Kyle always spoils us with these super awesome places to stay in the Dells. The boys loved having breakfast on the big stools! Chillin on the couch! These boys fill my heart right up!! Water Park Here We Come! Out shoots Drew! Out shoots Micah! Each afternoon we spent time doing something out of the water... our favorite activity was hiking at the park! It was a beautiful fall day. The boys are getting so big...so fast. My guys!! Daddy and the boys loved the wave pool! One morning we really had fun in the bubble bath in our room. The boys were making Santa faces! Brother time is the best! No place we'd rather be then just hanging out the 6 of Us!! Fearless Jake takes on the water! Making memories that last a lif

Micah started his second round with his polyp in his nose this fall. Poor guy. This time around we decided to get some allergy testing done and try to get to the bottom of this!! After all the testing, NOTHING showed Up! Frustrating!  Our Micah is the the bravest boy I know, and he had the best attitude about going back into surgery.                                                             In no time, Micah was back to feeling good and breathing like a champ!!! He now has a nasal spray he needs to take both morning and night. In a few weeks we go into the doctor to see if anything is growing again...we really pray that no more polyps come back! Micah, after having 2 surgeries this year...I am amazed by how tough you are! Now that you can breathe so great I am thinking you will pass me up in no time in running! Can't wait to run another 5k with you!!

Fall is my very favorite season, and mostly because I love running in the fall! And I really love racing in the fall! The boys and I have really enjoyed watching our Megan run Cross Country. She is such a joy to me considering I have no daughters, so I love going and cheering for her and giving her a big hug after. I'm so proud of her for being so brave this season to race and not be afraid to  Get After It!!!! All the G boys waiting to cheer for Megan! A great finishing kick! Way to go Meg! Had to grab a pic of all the kids together. Just love that they go cheer and support each other in all the sports that they are involved in. Megan, you are a gift to our family. We are so proud of the lady you are becoming! Great Cross Country season! Can't wait for many more years to cheer you on!!!

The scariest moment for Kyle and I in the life of our Jake happened a few weeks ago... Jake woke up around 9:45pm on October 16th and struggled to breathe, had a deep heavy cough and a super high fever. I scooped him up and took him into urgent care. They got us help immediately and soon had 2 nebulizer treatments, x-rays, meds and an iv into Jakes body. What the nurses and doctor thought was only croup at first, turned into a more complicated issue because Jake's breathing was getting more difficult even after the neb treatments. The doctor and nurses rushed into the room and told Jake and I that Jake would be helicoptered to Children's hospital in St. Paul. All I remember is telling them to talk to Kyle about all this cause it was too much for me to process. After Kyle spoke to the doctor it was within minutes Kyle had woken up all the boys and rushed them up to the hospital. Jake was all hooked up to monitors and had his foot iv in and ready to go. October is birthday month around here, and we have 2 boys who get super excited to celebrate their special day! Drew had his Golden birthday this year! Turning 9 on October 9th! And Jake turned 3 on October 12th! Its always fun to brainstorm birthday party ideas to do with our friends and with family. This year, Drew wanted to go rock climbing with his friends and play baseball with his family! We were all excited to celebrate these 2 boys!!! Drew has made such nice friends here in Menomonie. We are so thankful for his good friends Charlie, Isaac, Wyatt, Brady, Walker, Garrett and Preston. They think Drew is the coolest! They were all pumped to go rock climbing!!! Drew, Isaac and Charlie! Our birthday boy climbing! Charlie, Wyatt and Drew! Opening gifts and being crazy with friends is the best!! Drew loved every minute with his buddies and celebrating his 9th birthday! Grandpa made this awesome baseball cake for the boys! They loved it and it was really tasty! T
