Florida part3

Magic Kingdom Day2:
We were all up and ready to take on day2 at Magic Kingdom! This morning we felt much more confident in where rides were and what we wanted to accomplish for the day. When the park opened we took off for the 7Dwarf Mine Ride as our first ride of the day because it was one of the longest wait times at the park and we had no fast pass for this one. So wise choice cause the line went super fast and it was super cool!
I sent Kyle with the boys in the tea cup because I just get so sick on this one! We also enjoyed Space Mountain for the 2nd and 3rd time this morning because there was zero wait! We nailed it our second morning riding a ton of rides right away in the morning when the lines were down.
The boys were so pumped for the Speedway so we all got in a speed racer and took off!! We told Drew we'd let him take his own car just in case a cute girl wanted to join him!
Micah is a maniac driver!
A much needed afternoon snack and break. Kyle and I were amazed at how much we took on our 2nd day just by knowing where things were and how to maneuver around.
Our favorite roller coasters of the day were Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain!!!
We enjoyed just walking around and looking in all the shops on day 2. Each of the boys got some spending money from Nana and GG and they were really busy trying to decide what they wanted.

We had to try on a few Disney hats for a pic! I think I love Kyle's the best!
Nana requested the Tiki Room show, so we all decided to check it out! I think the boys giggled the entire time at all the silly birds. Drew leaned over and told me he'd rather ride It's A Small World After All ride all day then ever go to the Tiki Room again!! Too funny! :)

Towards the end of our day the boys were really tired, so we got creative with our stroller! Packed to the max!

  • Jake settled in on this water sprayer! He'd been eyeing this the entire time! He also picked out a glow sword.
  • Caleb bought Mickey gloves and nighttime glow stuff.
  • Micah decided on a neat Mickey bag and blanket and some glow stuff.
  • Drew bought a nice hat and saved his money for the baseball game. 

 So nice of Nana and GG to give the boys some money to buy some fun treats!
We had so much fun making forever memories together. Magic Kingdom was incredible and the boys definitely hope we can come back again sometime soon!
We were so thankful GG and Nana were apart of these special memories with the boys!

So proud of our big guys for having such great attitudes and being so helpful! Drew and Micah, you both have such great hearts!
Grateful for 4 healthy, joy filled boys!

Grandmas Marathon- getting faster!!

3:00:38 Grandmas Marathon PR!! I’m still smiling…things are coming along nicely in my marathon expertise! Haha, Im just being silly but I really am learning more as I go-what works best for me, what doesn’t.  June 17th was a blast!! Cramps hit strong in my left calf around mile 18 and then my pace got more limited as I went, I was so scared I would pull something that I tried to find the balance of push and hold up! Super proud of this race and the battle I fought. The marathon is a beast and continues to challenge me! Games ON still for the CIM Marathon on December 3rd. 😁First up though, trails and less miles for me for awhile. My friend Leah is a true gem, someone I really enjoy sharing running miles and life with. Kyle, Micah and I enjoyed time with Leah’s family in Duluth. Her sister Sara and brother-in-law Mike made us feel so welcome and special!  I’ve been getting faster and continue to PR each year since my late 30s, in fact the last time I raced Grandmas Marathon I ran a 3:16

Getting better and getting ready to go home!

Hey There! We thank all of you so much for all of your prayer support through this entire process. Go sure had His hand in this from the beginning. Anna and Micah are both doing just great. Yesterday was a hard day for Anna, She was very tired and had a hard time as the Doctors began to take her off of some of the pain meds she was not feeling good. She began to get a high temp,but that was all taken care of by early in the night and she slept great. She will be again trying to get of the IV pain meds and move to pills, if this goes well today we will be on our way home to see Drew tomorrow. Anna and I are both really loving the calm personality that God gave to little Micah as we know the high energy that Drew has waiting for us at home. We can't wait to see his little smile again and hear all of his animal noises and cars sounds. It will be so great to see the way that God grows these two boys only 17 months apart. It will be crazy and great all at the same time. Pray

Friday came quick!😅

 These full days have gone by super fast this week. Teaching full days to students who need my full attention, getting over a cold this week, spending time with all the boys each night, and keeping up with Kyle’s busy church schedule has had us all feeling like it has been a quick week! Micah and Caleb had a tennis meeting this week to get ready for their spring season, Kyle and I are really excited to cheer them on soon! Maybe sooner with how warm our weather has been this winter. It’s been fun to hear that Micah has been at the courts a lot already with his buddies, praying he has a solid season ahead for his Junior year.  Micah will be 17yrs old next Tuesday! It’s so crazy to think I have an 18yr old, almost 17yr old, 15yr old, and 12yr old….I wish I could keep them little.❤️ Each season of life looks so different. I never imagined this season looking the way it does. Working full time was never a dream of mine with such a busy family. However, God is so BIG. He is so much better in
