Florida part2

Woke up Sunday morning and took off for DisneyWorld!!
The weather was gorgeous on our traveling day so we stopped at a unique spot to have our picnic lunch. We were pretty sure we ate our lunch on someones backyard picnic tables! The tables were all leaning up on their side, so of course Kyle tipped a few over, and we sat down! So fun traveling and making silly memories together.
This is our balcony at DisneyWorld that overlooked the miniature golf course. This place was incredible. We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort. The pools were beautiful with a pond in the center and many places to stay. Gorgeous!
Sunday night we ate at the ESPN restaurant on the Boardwalk in Disney. Great night to dress up a little, the boys looked so handsome.

After supper we walked around and enjoyed the evening as a family. It was fun to watch some of these entertainers come out and do tricks! Jake got picked first to help out in the show and did a great job! He was so cute!

Then Drew was on and had fun throwing these batons at the guy so he could do some juggling tricks!
Bubba also got picked to help out with some magic tricks and giggled the whole time he was up there! Super funny.
It was a great night laughing with our boys on the Boardwalk.
Before we left we ran out into the road to get a family pic! Great night.

                                                   Magic Kingdom Day1:
Getting to Magic Kingdom a whole hour before it even opened seemed crazy to most of our crew, until we got there. Man, we were so glad we gave ourselves the extra time to get ahead of the crowd and scoot into the park the moment they opened the doors. Grabbing our stroller and throwing our bags and cooler inside we were off to our 1st full day adventure at Magic Kingdom!
I think its funny that our very first ride we went on was the Little Mermaid Under the Sea ride! We all were a little clueless as to where we should head that first morning and since there was no line, we ran right in! Second ride of the day was the Dumbo ride!

It was a great morning exploring Tomorrowland.  The boys really enjoyed doing the Buzz LightYear ride and Space Mountain the most! Pirates of the Caribbean was also a great hit our 1st day. In the afternoon the boys watched and participated in a pirate show. They really liked that.

Drew was really excited to check out Tom Sawyer's Island. We had a lot of fun climbing around in here.


We also took a boat ride to see Huck Finn's Adventures. The boys really enjoyed this one too.
Kyle and I grabbed a quick pic while the boys were running around at Huck Finn. Such a special day as a family.

The nighttime parade was awesome and a fun way to end our day.

  







It was an incredible 1st day at Magic Kingdom and we really loved it all! The parade and fireworks were a perfect ending to a very magical day.

Grandmas Marathon- getting faster!!

3:00:38 Grandmas Marathon PR!! I’m still smiling…things are coming along nicely in my marathon expertise! Haha, Im just being silly but I really am learning more as I go-what works best for me, what doesn’t.  June 17th was a blast!! Cramps hit strong in my left calf around mile 18 and then my pace got more limited as I went, I was so scared I would pull something that I tried to find the balance of push and hold up! Super proud of this race and the battle I fought. The marathon is a beast and continues to challenge me! Games ON still for the CIM Marathon on December 3rd. 😁First up though, trails and less miles for me for awhile. My friend Leah is a true gem, someone I really enjoy sharing running miles and life with. Kyle, Micah and I enjoyed time with Leah’s family in Duluth. Her sister Sara and brother-in-law Mike made us feel so welcome and special!  I’ve been getting faster and continue to PR each year since my late 30s, in fact the last time I raced Grandmas Marathon I ran a 3:16

Getting better and getting ready to go home!

Hey There! We thank all of you so much for all of your prayer support through this entire process. Go sure had His hand in this from the beginning. Anna and Micah are both doing just great. Yesterday was a hard day for Anna, She was very tired and had a hard time as the Doctors began to take her off of some of the pain meds she was not feeling good. She began to get a high temp,but that was all taken care of by early in the night and she slept great. She will be again trying to get of the IV pain meds and move to pills, if this goes well today we will be on our way home to see Drew tomorrow. Anna and I are both really loving the calm personality that God gave to little Micah as we know the high energy that Drew has waiting for us at home. We can't wait to see his little smile again and hear all of his animal noises and cars sounds. It will be so great to see the way that God grows these two boys only 17 months apart. It will be crazy and great all at the same time. Pray

Friday came quick!😅

 These full days have gone by super fast this week. Teaching full days to students who need my full attention, getting over a cold this week, spending time with all the boys each night, and keeping up with Kyle’s busy church schedule has had us all feeling like it has been a quick week! Micah and Caleb had a tennis meeting this week to get ready for their spring season, Kyle and I are really excited to cheer them on soon! Maybe sooner with how warm our weather has been this winter. It’s been fun to hear that Micah has been at the courts a lot already with his buddies, praying he has a solid season ahead for his Junior year.  Micah will be 17yrs old next Tuesday! It’s so crazy to think I have an 18yr old, almost 17yr old, 15yr old, and 12yr old….I wish I could keep them little.❤️ Each season of life looks so different. I never imagined this season looking the way it does. Working full time was never a dream of mine with such a busy family. However, God is so BIG. He is so much better in
