Boston: time with Kyle post marathon!💙💛Wednesday final day

Woke up on Wednesday morning to blue skies and bright sunshine! Ready to explore!! I tried out a nice easy paced recovery run. Legs were tight but loosened up as I ran, felt good to get the blood flowing. And run in the sunshine!

Started walking the freedom trail stopping at the Old State House first. It is one of the oldest buildings in the United States. One of the landmarks on Boston’s freedom trail, oldest surviving building in Boston.

Then we went to Paul Reveres house (1680) Really enjoyed checking it out. He lived there during the American Revolution.

Saw a few cemeteries…this is the Copp Hill Burying Ground. One of the oldest cemeteries in Boston.
Toured this ship at the Boston National Historical Park.

The Union Oyster House is the oldest restaurant in Boston. Considered one of oldest brick buildings for over 300 years! In 2003 it became a National Historic Landmark.
BEST sandwich I’ve ever had!! Kyle ordered it up at the best Italian Grocery and it was delicious. Roasted turkey w sun dried tomatoes on French bread. I highly recommend it!
These street dancers were really fun to watch.
City life and our dinner view from an Italian restaurant, Baccos. Kyle and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner and time together.
We enjoyed a beautiful night out in Boston. I loved the Italian smells, music, dancing, and incredible atmosphere.
Our trip is coming to an end, it was absolutely perfect. Boston was Incredible!💙💛
