May is flying by too fast~

Finally able to sit down and breathe a bit to catch up on our family events these days! So many great memories this spring~
Baseball:
Drew played in a baseball tournament right by all our family! We were really excited that grandma and grandpa, nana and GG could be apart of a fun weekend cheering for Drew in Blaine, Mn! It wasn't the best weather with lots of rain and cold, but we had fun anyway!
Best cheerleaders!!!
Drew pitched great that weekend!
We even got a picture with our baseball star...we were so proud of him.

Love seeing these boys build friendship with each other! They are a great team and are becoming such great friends...
including plenty of 5th grade boy silliness!
The 5th grade boys took 3rd place, qualifying for the state tournament on July 21-23! Awesome job boys!!!
Grandma and Drew! Proud grandparents! So glad they could watch Drew play.

Zoo Day!:

Jacob and I are soaking in as much time as possible these days before the brothers are done with school. I found myself feeling so sad that my alone time with my last boy at home is soon coming to an end in the fall as he heads to kindergarten. I know I still have a few months but I am really feeling the realness of it all lately.
We had a fun day going to the zoo in Chippewa Falls! The animals were a hoot!!
The bears all really liked Jacob as all 3 bears came up to the glass and sat right next to him!
He's my baby and always will be...
And a bit adventurous!
Finished our special zoo day with ice cream and kisses! Kisses on the lips I still cherish! Blessed.

Piano Recital:

Micah and Caleb did a fantastic job at their piano recital. It was really fun this year because they played a duet together! "Take me out to the ball game!" was a hit and so fitting for these sporty boys of ours. Nana and GG had fun joining us for the evening of piano and baseball.

Track and Field day:
Drew had a fun track and field day last week and Jake and I decided to go cheer him on and have lunch with him!! It was a really nice day and so nice and warm!
At the end of the day, Drew received the 5th grade boy award for showing the most leadership, integrity, having a great attitude and being a hard worker. Kyle and I are so proud of him and know that God is using him to do great things here in Menomonie. Pretty neat moment for us to celebrate with him.
Youth Group!:
And last but not least, Drew and a few of his buddies took off on their 1st youth group experience on Friday night! They had a blast at the incoming 6th grade party at action city! He said he got to mess around a bunch and dad even told him to get into a little trouble! Ha! Fun days lately and at moments flying by too fast for this momma trying to hold back time!
Boy oh boy, my boys are growing up toooo fast!!!
